Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to manage key HR functions, including

payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and manage attendance records.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes.
  • Prepare and review employment contracts for legal compliance.
  • Utilize QUWA and government portals for HR transactions.
  • Manage visa applications and labor contracts.
  • Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with QUWA and government transaction portals.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
