Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to manage key HR functions, including
payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and manage attendance records.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes.
- Prepare and review employment contracts for legal compliance.
- Utilize QUWA and government portals for HR transactions.
- Manage visa applications and labor contracts.
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with QUWA and government transaction portals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
