Job Role :
The Client Sales Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing all aspects of sales – for direct individuals, corporate training, and Agent sales, delivered online and face to face.
- Make outbound calls to find properties
- List properties on our CRM system
- Receive leads and manage the enquiries by qualifying the clients
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers and agreements between both parties
- Get contracts signed between tenant/landlord or buyer/seller and collect commission cheques
- Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients to promote future business.
