We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Brokers/Client Managers to join our thriving team at Captain Homes Real estate .

Job Role :

The Client Sales Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing all aspects of sales – for direct individuals, corporate training, and Agent sales, delivered online and face to face.

  • Make outbound calls to find properties
  • List properties on our CRM system
  • Receive leads and manage the enquiries by qualifying the clients
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agreements between both parties
  • Get contracts signed between tenant/landlord or buyer/seller and collect commission cheques
  • Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients to promote future business.
