We are HIRING for a Customs & Product Registration Specialist: who will assist our Customs & Product Compliance Department jointly under the Solutions Department by answering queries regarding the company services, providing advice and practical solutions, and ensuring the projects executed flawlessly on a timely manner.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Promote, negotiate, and close deals to organize and execute company establishment and B2G projects on
- behalf of clients (company registration, product registration) according to clients’ requirements.
- Collect information about the clients’ businesses through a variety of methods (interviews, emails, reports
etc.)
- Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to the clients’ wishes, capabilities, and
limitations, forming concise proposalsRegistrationand recommendations that will increase profitability, efficiency, and regulatory flexibility for the client.brand.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good knowledge about UAE regulations and registration paths pertaining to Customs and/or Product
- Gathering, evaluating, organizing, and collating regulatory data against all categories to provide solutions
- Ensuring compliance with regulations set by the authorities
- Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
- General Licensing knowledge as per the Company Commercial Law
- Attend Public and Private Events, represent and share knowledge in good faith and manner company brand
- Demonstrate knowledge and up to date information and updates in social media platforms to promote the
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent working experience)
- Must have 2-3 years experience in Product registration/Customs/Logistics
- Knowledge of UAE systems (MoIAT, MONTAJI, Abu Dhabi QCC, FIRS/ZAD, MOCCAE)
- Proficiency with implementing processes to comply with regulatory requirements
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in complex and uncertain situations
