Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance, and will be responsible for managing various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and improve accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (ZOHO BOOKS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
