Overview:

We are excited to announce an opening for the position Marketing Executive to join our Business Development team. This role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales within the catering sector and focusing towards Retail marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food service industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Business Development & Operations team to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target market trends in the catering industry.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to promote catering offerings.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis, ensuring strategies are data-driven and customer-focused.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for promotional materials, social media, newsletters, and website updates that highlight catering services and seasonal offerings.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms, maintaining the brand’s image and integrity in the catering space.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting events, tastings, and promotions to showcase retail catering services and engage potential customers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Operations & other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing customers and seek new business opportunities through networking and community engagement.
