As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving property sales and providing top-tier service to clients seeking to rent, buy, sell, or invest in UAE properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Present, promote, and sell properties to potential clients and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance throughout the renting/buying or selling process.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and identify new opportunities in the UAE real estate market.
- Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay updated on property listings, UAE real estate regulations, and market dynamics.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry (real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of UAE's real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
