Responsibilities:
- Handles the UK Account/Clients, for Dubai Real Estate Properties.
- Prospecting potential clients in the UK Market through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct a client meeting and showcase the features and benefits of Dubai's Real Estate Properties.
- Conduct a Project briefing for potential UK Clients interested in investing in Dubai's Property.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding the latest Dubai market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with buyers and sellers to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on Industry developments, market trends, and legal requirements related to real estate.
Requirements:
- Preferably Female with British Accent.
- Dubai Real Estate Experience is a must
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
