Job Summary:
KGRN Group is seeking an energetic and experienced Business Development Executive to drive business growth within the UAE. This role focuses on leveraging expertise in Staff Augmentation and Training services to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement business development initiatives to increase market share in the UAE.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs to offer bespoke solutions.
  • Effectively negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted materials and strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor actions for strategic advantage.
  • Participate in conferences and networking events to build industry connections.
  • Compile and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, especially within the Staff Augmentation and Training sectors in the UAE.
  • Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong networking and negotiation capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
  • Skilled in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Salary:

  • Competitive salary ranging from AED 12,000 to AED 20,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
