Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various roles within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and event venues. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality sector, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for hospitality roles, including front-of-house, back-of-house, management, and specialized positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool, including online job postings, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates by building strong relationships within the hospitality industry.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the hospitality industry but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality roles and the unique demands of the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
