Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and new
customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for 3M UV protection films
services on vehicle and architectural glass. The ideal candidate will handle customer needs,
address concerns, and ensure seamless communication between the company and its clients,
fostering long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their queries and
concerns are addressed promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess their satisfaction with services and identify
additional opportunities for business.
Sales & Customer Growth:
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and develop new customer relationships in
the vehicle and architectural glass segments.
- Present product demonstrations and benefits of 3M UV protection films to potential
clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
Service Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, installation, and support teams) to
ensure that customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate service schedules and follow up with customers post-installation to ensure
satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving any service-related issues or complaints promptly.
Market Awareness & Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest advancements
in UV protection films for vehicle and architectural glass.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product performance, and
market trends.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational
goals.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales performance, and
customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
