Job Scope:

This role is responsible for uploading and managing listings across all portals for each branch. Reporting to the Admin Manager, the Listing Administrator will be pivotal in helping the Company and the Residential Department achieve their strategic online objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Uploading listings to the CRM
  • Transferring listings between owners (brokers) when no action has been taken
  • Updating and verifying contact details for owners
  • Publishing listings
  • Conducting verifications for all brokers
  • Adjusting listing prices (with supporting evidence for verification)
  • Editing photos as needed
  • Withdrawing listings and removing them from portals when no longer available
  • Preparing reports on all portal verifications
  • Achieving results in a timely manner
Required Competencies:
  • Post-secondary education with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate industry rules and regulations is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, internet research, and database software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and multitasking abilities
