Our client is a leading regional asset manager with a global investment mandate. They are expanding across multiple functions and would like to hire a real estate investment professional with significant experience in the sourcing and execution of real estate investment opportunities including real estate funds and single asset real estate opportunities. The ideal candidate would have a strong network of partners and opportunities across the USA, Europe, UK and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall real estate investment strategy.
- Manage the existing and future portfolio of real estate assets.
- Identify investment opportunities and trends via in depth market analysis. Source, evaluation and execute real estate investment opportunities (acquisitions, dispositions and JV’s)
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and investors on portfolio performance and market conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in real estate asset acquisitions.
- A track record of real estate fund and single asset investments across USA, Europe, UK and GCC.
- Strong relationship network to source real-estate investment opportunities and partnerships, with a particular focus on the US / Europe
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Should be able to lead a function while developing a team.
