QHire Human Resources Consultancy is urgently hiring for an Education Counsellor.
Responsibilities:
- Advise students in individual or group counseling sessions to address their academic, personal and social needs.
- Create and develop a personalized learning plan for students that addresses their needs and is aligned with their goals.
- Liaising with clients over the phone, in person, and via email, gathering visa documents from clients, and following up on applications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collect and share knowledge, learning and feedback gained from enquiries, prospective students and applicants to inform planning and developments.
Qualifications:
- Should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Must have a minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (customer facing or administrative roles preferred.)
Must be available to join immediately.
