Job Description
Responsible for recruitment of Nurses for hospitals, medical centers and clinics under across UAE
- Identify future hiring needs and develop recruitment goals accordingly.
- Create engaging and accurate job descriptions.
- Attract, source, and recruit qualified candidates by using recruitment software, databases, or social media.
- Conduct interviews with candidates using innovative recruiting tools or methods.
- Thoroughly assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience to match open job vacancies.
- Onboard new employees smoothly.
- Stay up to date with employment legislation and regulations.
- Completing the Recruitment process within the given TAT time
- Well Versed with the (DHA, MOH, DOH) Eligibility criteria for UAE Licenses and licensing process along with Visa process
