We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Malayali Realtor to join our team.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced realtor fluent in both Malayalam and English, with a proven track record in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dubai's property market and a solid understanding of property regulations. Experience in off-plan property sales is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring optimal results
• Stay informed on real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a realtor or in a similar real estate role
• Proven track record in successful property transactions
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations
• Experience in off-plan property sales is a plus
• Fluency in both Malayalam and English
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
