Recruitment Manager
We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to oversee our company’s hiring strategy. Highly experienced and proven track record as Recruitment manager in Manpower supply industry is must.
Our Recruitment Manager will oversee the hiring process, designs recruiting procedures, and manages the recruitment team. ensure compliance with labour legislation, track recruiting metrics, and implement sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates to meet our client’s current and future needs.
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures for manpower supply (e.g. new sourcing techniques, job application, onboarding processes)
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on performance and recommending improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of manpower supply and generate reports as needed
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
- Implementing new sourcing techniques & methods.
- Research and choose job advertising options to attract candidates.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
- Recommend ways to improve our company brand as manpower supplier.
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
