Maintain and Control the quality of maintenance work(CM/PM) and endorse all perform service order
Good knowledge of different type of Chiller like Carrier, Trane and York Air cooled reciprocating chiller and screw chiller, package unit , Cold stores, Package unit ,Ducted split , CCU, VRV ,AHU, FCU, Split unit and Window AC.
Ability to work on equipment / brands like Carrier, York and Trane Air cooled reciprocating and screw chiller.
Good Knowledge of trouble shooting experience and rectifying problems in with different type HVAC equipment.
Must be troubleshooting and rectifying problems independent (Trouble shooting experience in different type of chiller will be advantage )
Good knowledge of HVAC electrical controls and ability to read the electrical control wiring and different type of HVAC spare parts.
Experience in inspection ,overhauling ,testing ,replacement of repairing of compressors, or replaces defective parts, components,
Ability to communicating in English and provide report of completion
