We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional café experience by preparing high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer service. You should be passionate about coffee, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Beverages: Expertly brew coffee, tea, and other drinks to order, ensuring consistency and adherence to our quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations when needed.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the café area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, including the counters, machines, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process payments, manage cash register transactions, and handle customer refunds or complaints in a polite manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock coffee, food items, and other café supplies. Report low stock or equipment issues to the manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient service, timely food and drink preparation, and a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food safety standards, to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
