We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant/Secretary to manage various administrative tasks and support our team’s efficiency. *
*Key Responsibilities:**
-Manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively to support daily operations.
- Assist with bookkeeping duties; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Support HR-related activities, including drafting employment contracts and following up with Ministry-related applications.
- Handle correspondence and prepare reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth office operations.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on actions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
