Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Designer with strong experience in the event industry to work with our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and innovative 3D concepts for a wide range of events, including exhibition booths, corporate events, conferences, and private functions. You will work closely with our event planners and clients to understand their vision and transform it into compelling, on-brand, and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Design Creation: Develop creative 3D concepts for events, including exhibition booths, stage designs, and overall event layouts.
- Design Execution: Produce detailed 3D models and renderings, presenting design concepts to clients and internal teams for approval.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and deliver design concepts that align with their vision, brand identity, and budget.
- Presentation: Create realistic and high-quality 3D visualizations to present design ideas to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Technical Drawings: Develop technical plans, floor layouts, and detailed specifications for fabrication and construction.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are realized accurately and efficiently on-site.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technological advancements to continually improve design quality.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as project managers, production teams, and vendors, to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a 3D Designer in the event management industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing exhibition booth designs, event concepts, and related projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3ds Max, Cinema 4D. Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong ability to conceptualize and visualize event designs, with a keen eye for detail, color, and spatial design.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with event construction techniques and materials used in the design and production of event structures and booths.
- Qualifications: A degree or diploma in 3D Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Language: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
