Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Telesales Executives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through given prospects
- Present product/service information persuasively to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Required Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, fresher can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandatory languages: English, Hindi (Any regional language will be a plus)
