Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Telesales Executives.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through given prospects
  • Present product/service information persuasively to potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

Required Qualification:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, fresher can also apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandatory languages: English, Hindi (Any regional language will be a plus)
