Madison Pearl is working with a leading pension fund in the GCC. They are in the process of executing a new approved strategy and would like to hire a senior strategy professional to assist in the execution of this strategy as well as significant amendments to their defined benefits system. This role would be ideal for candidates who have consulted on transformation and digitalization projects for pension funds while working with the likes of Bain, BCG and McKinsey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the approved new strategy while helping the CEO transform the organization.
- Analyze and enhance current service delivery channels, leveraging innovative technologies to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, implementing training and initiatives that align staff with the strategy’s objectives.
- Support the expansion of the asset management franchise by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and integrate a Defined Contribution element into the existing Defined Benefits scheme.
- Design and implement programs that enhance the quality of life for scheme participants throughout their engagement with the authority, focusing on both pre- and post-retirement services.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
- 12 - 20 years in strategy execution or project management, preferably in the pension industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, with strong planning and execution skills to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Experience in driving culture change initiatives, fostering a customer-centric approach and promoting innovation within a similar organization.
- Understanding of pension schemes, particularly Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution plans, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
