Job Description:
Pearl Industries LLC is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our Garbage Chute Division. The ideal candidate must have over 4 years of experience in the same field, with a proven track record of sales success and technical expertise in garbage chute systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base in the Garbage Chute division.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Provide technical support and solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations, demonstrating expertise in garbage chute systems.
- Collaborate with the project and technical teams to ensure the timely delivery and installation of products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the garbage chute industry or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of garbage chute systems and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license.
