Job Description

Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinating for the recruitment and selection process
  • Preparing job descriptions, Job postings and advertising (LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Gulf Talent, etc.)
  • Pre-screening of applicant’s CVs and providing shortlisted candidates for review
  • Conducting pre interviews via phone including reference checks
  • Preparation and maintenance of applicant tracker
  • Coordination and scheduling of Internal Interviews
  • Forecast CVs thru Nafis portal and responsible for Emiratization process

Onboarding

  • Reaching out to the candidate for documentation collection
  • Preparation of Employment Agreements / Freelance Agreements
  • Coordinating with PRO for relevant documents required for visa / labour applications
  • Providing the necessary training for HR (Zoho People, Folder Structure, etc.)

Medical Insurance

  • Handling the addition and deletion for medical insurance
  • Maintaining and distributing the record of Employee electronic medical cards
  • Employee’s point of contact regarding reimbursement issues

Performance Appraisal

  • Organizing Year End Performance Review
  • Collection of Performance Review and assessment from Senior staff
  • Preparation of the draft feedback for Management review
  • Preparation of the Final Performance review to be issued by email

Payroll

  • Preparing Employee bank related letters (Salary Certificates, NOC, Salary Transfer letters)
  • Preparing Salary Payment recommendation / Monthly payslips
  • Preparing Salary Advance Application request forms
  • Preparing Bank letter notification about EOS release
  • Coordination with Accounts department on the release of EOS
