Job Description

  • Temporary contract only (Freelance).
  • Minimum 5 years working experience at MEP
  • Creating detailed HVAC drawings based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet client expectations.
  • Reviewing and revising drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes.
  • Maintaining organized files and documentation for all HVAC projects.
  • Assisting in the preparation of material take-offs and cost estimates.
  • Participating in site visits and meetings to gather information for designs.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and clients to address any design issues or changes.
  • Working efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings.
  • Adhering to company standards and procedures for drafting and design work.
