Job Description
The position is expected to occupy a critical and crucial role in the IT Admin Dept. with special emphasis on the Technological aspect of the companies group activities, so that the overall contribution to being the IT solution provider of the company is improved and maximized.
Description of the Accountability
- Responsible to maintain a complete and authentic record of all the IT assets in SAP and IT-Asset management Tool and their allocations to users so that tracking, replacement, management, and movement of these assets are achieved efficiently
- Tracking and maintaining the inventory of IT assets
- Working on Service request for IT Asset update, Software asset allocation, asset transfers and deactivation.
- Reconciliation of Client devices inventory between SAP and ITAM.
- Ensure that new assets are available in ITAM tool.
- Reconciliation of Client devices between SAP & discovered/ non-discovered assets in ITAM. Send emails to the business in case of any discrepancy and track until closure.
- Reconciliation of Client devices in monthly chargeout against inactive employee IDs.
