Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Professional to join our team at Valor Real Estate LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and properties, increasing our online presence, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.)
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
- Create, edit, and publish content for digital channels, including websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
- Manage online property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized for visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Design and manage paid campaigns on social media and other relevant platforms to target potential buyers and investors.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
