Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in real estate, specifically in off-plan and resale properties. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving targets in a commission-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Sales and Negotiation: Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape.
- Property Listings: Manage and update property listings, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Administrative Duties: Handle paperwork and follow up on leads, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in real estate sales with experience in both off-plan and resale properties.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Qualifications: Relevant real estate certifications or licenses are preferred.
