Design and provide cost estimations for a range of ELV systems, including Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA), and Audio-Visual (AV) systems.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project details provided by the client.
Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain the most competitive quotes.
Ensure designs and estimates comply with relevant standards and client specifications.
Work collaboratively with project managers and other team members during project execution.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, standards, and technologies in ELV systems.
Prepare technical documentation and assist in tender submissions.
Provide value engineering solutions when needed to optimize project costs.
