We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in designing buildings within the government sector. This role involves designing the entire design process from concept design through to detailed design, working drawings, and ITB (Invitation to Bid) documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design phase for government-sector buildings.
- Develop comprehensive schematic designs, progressing through to detailed design and working drawings.
- Prepare and review ITB documents to meet project requirements.
- Create detailed and visually compelling 3D designs.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project integration.
- Incorporate Kuwait Municipality laws to the projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum BSc. in Architectural Engineering from a qualified university.
- Proven experience in architectural design of government-sector buildings.
- Expertise in schematic and detailed design, including preparation of working drawings and ITB documentation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3Dmax.
- Well-versed with Kuwait Municipaliy rules and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expert in Arabic and English.
