We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with a strong eCommerce background to join our team and drive growth in our client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the food industry, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the eCommerce landscape, focusing on food products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to provide tailored solutions for clients.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity within the food eCommerce space.
- Develop and present sales proposals, pricing strategies, and product recommendations to clients.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing insights and reporting to management.
- Stay current with industry developments and eCommerce technologies to effectively support clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the food and eCommerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of online retailing, digital marketing, and eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
