We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with a strong eCommerce background to join our team and drive growth in our client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in the food industry, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the eCommerce landscape, focusing on food products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to provide tailored solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity within the food eCommerce space.
  • Develop and present sales proposals, pricing strategies, and product recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, providing insights and reporting to management.
  • Stay current with industry developments and eCommerce technologies to effectively support clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the food and eCommerce sectors.
  • Strong understanding of online retailing, digital marketing, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
