Job Description

Main Tasks:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all furniture products.
  • Actively promote and sell furniture products, achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers about features and advantages.
  • Assist customers with order placement, including processing sales transactions and managing customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing showroom environment.
  • Arrange and display furniture products effectively to enhance customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and market developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Previous experience from 2 to 3 years in furniture retail sales or home goods industry.
  • Showroom and Sales skills in furniture industry is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
