Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, operating and troubleshooting building management systems.
- Providing operational support for BMS systems including HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems.
- Writing detailed documentation of system operations and maintenance.
- Providing recommendations to improve system performance.
- Identifying and resolving technical problems related to the building’s integrated systems.
- Monitor and operate BMS systems in buildings.
- Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide recommendations on improving system performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to building systems.
- Write detailed documentation of system operations and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Must have a minimum 3-4 years of experience in a BMS Operator role
