You will help manage our HubSpot CRM system, optimize SEO performance, and contribute to strategic partnership development.
Job Overview:
As a CRM, SEO, & Strategic Partnerships Intern, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system, improving SEO visibility, and driving the growth of our company by identifying and reaching out to potential strategic partners. This is a hands-on role offering invaluable experience in CRM management, SEO strategy, and business partnership development in the legaltech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management:
- Manage and update the HubSpot CRM system to ensure accurate and organized customer and partner data.
- Assist in optimizing HubSpot workflows to improve lead management, customer engagement, and outreach.
- SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to improve the company’s SEO ranking.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content and drive organic traffic.
- Monitor SEO performance and provide reports on website rankings and search visibility.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Research and identify potential strategic partnership opportunities.
- Communicate with potential partners, set up meetings, and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Support the partnership development process from initial outreach to agreement negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates on CRM data, SEO performance, and partnership outreach progress.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Knowledge of SEO practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Interest in legal technology, startups, and partnership development.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
