Who We're Looking For:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration in a mortgage or real estate industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
· Fluency in English and Tagalog.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
· Maintain and organize files, records, and documents related to mortgage applications.
· Support the mortgage team with data entry, processing applications, and preparing documents.
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
· Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
