Job Description
KEY ROLES
- Prepares 3D photo-realistic renderings animated walkthroughs and other 3D visualizations Preparation of design presentations.
- Responsible for reading 2D architectural drawings and material swatches and translating them into digital 3D environments through optimized low and high poly models.
- Work closely with principal architects to develop design concepts
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in 3D design
- Working closely with architectural and design teams to visualize construction projects.
- Fluency in developing concept design, to interpret architectural design from a hand sketch or 2D drawings.
- Proactively explores new tools and techniques to provide innovation and raise standards of the rendering workflow.
- Proactive confident and engaged and can perform independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment responsible and reliable.
- Excellent 3D rendering skills using software such as 3DS Max, V-Ray, Corona
- 3D Animation skills using software such as Lumion and V-ray.
- Experience with 2D post-production in photoshop.
