Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, planning, developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support the growth objectives of our lines of businesses. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and attract target audiences to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives. You should be flexible and open to take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities, as and when needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing strategies and seasonal trends.
3. Digital Marketing:
Plan, develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and email marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Provide reports to senior management on effectiveness and recommendations.
4. SEO Strategy Development & Optimization:
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to company websites.

Analyze competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and images, to ensure they are search engine friendly.
Develop, execute and monitor link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
Engage in outreach efforts to promote content and build relationships with industry influencers.
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with company's goals and target audience.
Create and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of optimized content.
Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve SEO strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Continuously test and implement new SEO techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
5. Brand Management and Promotion:
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.

Coordinate marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities across all lines of business.

Implement lead-generation campaigns to attract potential clients and customers.
