Crystal House is a distinguished luxury brand specializing in handcrafted crystal products, home decor, and bespoke interior design. We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team in Doha and help bring our clients' visions to life through unique, elegant designs.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Interior Designer with the ability to design and supervise fit-out work. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals. This position involves working on residential, commercial, and showroom design projects while collaborating closely with clients to deliver luxurious and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute design concepts for interior spaces, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Crystal House's luxury brand standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.
• Design fit-out works, including layout, materials, and finishes.
• Supervise the execution of fit-out work, ensuring the project adheres to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Select and specify materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes.
• Create detailed plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and communication with suppliers and contractors.
• Negotiate with clients and vendors to close deals and finalize projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new technologies in interior design.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in interior design and fit-out projects, preferably with a focus on luxury spaces.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools).
• Experience in supervising the execution of fit-out projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
