Job Description:
As a Senior Fashion Designer at Lili Blanc, you will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of our collections. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team, bringing innovative designs to life while maintaining the essence of the brand—elevating luxury styles with a modern twist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and core values.
- Develop innovative, market-leading fashion designs that reflect strength, confidence, and femininity.
- Collaborate with production teams to oversee garment construction, material selection, and fitting processes.
- Stay current with fashion trends to influence future collections while ensuring a timeless appeal.
- Work closely with the creative director and other senior team members to create cohesive, fashion-forward collections.
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure designs meet sustainability and ethical standards in line with our commitment to fair practices.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
- 5+ years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on women’s luxury brand.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of luxury fashion, garment construction, and innovative design.
- Expertise in fabric selection, pattern-making, and tailoring techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire a creative team.
- Passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a forward-thinking approach to fashion.
- Familiarity with sustainable fashion practices is a plus.
