Job Description:
As a Senior Property Consultant for Secondary Sales and Rentals, you will play a key role in managing property portfolios, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring successful sales and rental transactions. Your expertise will be critical in guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting processes for secondary market properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain an extensive database of clients and properties.
- Conduct property viewings and market assessments.
- Provide expert advice and market trends analysis to clients.
- Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and landlords.
- Stay updated on current market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably in secondary sales and rentals.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driving License
