Job Description

Clarity English Institute is looking for a receptionist as per the below details:

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome students and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

- Handle student affairs, including class registrations, scheduling, and inquiries.

- Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.

- Assist students with course materials, textbooks, and other resources as needed.

- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.

- Females ONLY.

- Native Arab, Fluent in English.

- Must be able to work the evening shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

- Able to start immediately.
