**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced **Big Data Administrator** with over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing, configuring, and maintaining Big Data environments. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Big Data technologies and have a strong understanding of data storage, processing, and management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Big Data infrastructure.
- Manage data clusters, including monitoring, tuning, and upgrading systems.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Big Data environment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation of the Big Data architecture and processes.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong expertise in Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, HBase, or similar Big Data technologies.
- Experience with cluster management, data replication, and backup.
- Proficient in Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
