About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Design and Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the entire landscape design process from initial consultation to project completion. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and contributing to the growth of Bydaar's landscaping services. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss project scope, design options, and provide professional recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both Arabic and English to understand their landscape design needs and preferences.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Vendor Management:
- Track and evaluate the performance of landscaping companies listed on Bydaar.
- Maintain Bydaar's tier categorization system for landscaping vendors and collect client feedback.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new landscaping companies.
- Project Management:
- Handle client inquiries and manage communication throughout the process of selecting a landscaping company.
- Prepare project documentation, including proposals and presentations.
- Utilize landscape design software to create 2D/3D designs based on client requirements.
- Ensure customer support requests from clients and landscaping vendors are handled efficiently.
Requirements:
- Essential:
- Strong project management skills and experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Trello).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in landscape design software (open to various software) and the ability to create 2D/3D designs.
- Strong client interaction skills with the ability to gather requirements and present design solutions effectively.
- Adaptability to handle various tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in receiving calls and handling client inquiries.
- Proven experience in landscape design, with a focus on residential projects.
- Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local plant species and their suitability for the UAE climate.
- Experience with sustainable landscape design practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED 3,000.00 - AED 6,000.00 per month (salary commensurate with experience and qualifications)
