Perform duties for maintaining Department KPI’s
Make sure Inspection of all the incoming goods, Pre-Mixes, in process Material, Packaging Material and Finished Goods and production of Sandwiches are: Inspected, Sampled, Measured or Analyzed, Evaluated, and Reported upon.
Make sure that Traceability, FIFO, Production Dates, Expiry dates, True Reflection of Product and Material, are maintained and recorded as per the standard operating procedures.
Responsible for the Maintenance of Safety and Hygiene Standards as per the Laws and Regulations that Applies to the company Products.
Make sure that the Imported & Exported Material Complies with the Laws and Regulations of the Countries involved.
To Report the Non-conformance in product, operations and on time release of products for Sales and distribution.
Measure Quality Demerit Index in day-to-day operations and report to the Quality Manager.
Report all unsafe working conditions in operations, employees, equipment’s and from Environment.
Record Maintain and Implement all prerequisite Programs required for the HACCP, ISO programs.
Contact /Visit/ resolve customer complaints and Implement Corrective actions as advised by Quality Manager.
Support for the Sensory, laboratory activities as and when required.
