Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of software development experience to join our global healthcare solutions team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining cutting-edge applications for insurance technology, including underwriting, quotations, and claims processing. Candidates with leadership experience and strong technical skills in .NET, Angular, and web development are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain .NET applications for insurance technology modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to implement insurance workflows.
- Optimize application performance for high-volume insurance transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to insurance functionality.
- Document technical specifications and system designs for projects.
- Work with the Team Lead on project planning and task delivery.
- Ensure timely completion, code reusability, and follow best security practices.
- Support and mentor junior developers when necessary.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 1+ year of full-stack development.
- Strong experience in developing scalable applications using .NET 4.5+, .NET Core 3+, ASP.NET MVC, Angular 6+, Web APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
- Solid understanding of architecture/design patterns and object-oriented programming.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with RabbitMQ, Elastic, Redis Cache, WCF, Dockers, Power BI, or Tableau.
