Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound tours, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Handle international visa processes and provide guidance to clients.
- Book transportation, hotel accommodations, and other travel services on behalf of clients.
- Plan and manage large-scale events for high volumes of inbound guests.
- Execute social media marketing strategies, including video presentations, to promote travel services and destinations.
- Resolve travel-related issues, including handling complaints and managing refunds.
- Maintain accurate client information and financial records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel and tourism trends to ensure clients receive the most current advice and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in managing inbound and outbound tours, as well as handling international visas.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of the latest trends and developments in the tourism industry.
- Experience in social media marketing, including video content creation, is an advantage.
