The Director of HR is a hands-on strategic thinker who understands how to develop human capital, instill strong cultural values, and manage year over year growth. The Director of HR will possess strong analytical capabilities and be responsible for driving all HR efforts, employee relations, compensation issues and benefits throughout the region. Candidates must have previous in-country Middle East experience.
This role requires a business-oriented, experienced Director who recognizes changing market dynamics and can execute an effective HR strategy that aligns with the business. It also requires an individual who can establish a results-oriented and performance based culture while infusing an appropriate level of process and prioritization. This person will report into the V.P. HR of APAC/ Middle East with dotted line to supporting business functions.
This region is growing at a rapid rate with 40% plus year over year growth in sales. Successful candidates will need to know how to operate, assess, and deliver in high growth business environment.
