Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers to join our team for various exciting projects in Dubai's dynamic hospitality, commercial, and residential sectors. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing electrical installations and systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical project planning, design, and execution.
- Collaborate with Main Contractor, Consultant & Client engineers to ensure project requirements are met on time.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project execution, management, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or residential sectors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
