Job Title: Female Sales Representative

Location: Clinica Sabah, Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
Clinica Sabah is looking for a dynamic and driven Female Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical or cosmetic sales and be passionate about helping patients explore the best cosmetic procedures and plastic surgeries to achieve their aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on cosmetic procedures and plastic surgeries
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Upsell services and treatments to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Collaborate with the medical team to understand procedures and promote the clinic's offerings
• Manage follow-ups with patients and ensure a smooth client journey

Requirements:

• Native Arabic speaker is mandatory
• Previous experience in the medical or cosmetic industry (with knowledge of cosmetic procedures and plastic surgeries)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client queries professionally
• Target-oriented mindset with a drive for success
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience in working with high-end clientele in a medical or cosmetic setting
