Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mainframes Deployment Specialist with a focus on WAS (WebSphere Application Server) and Middleware technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Mainframe deployments and middleware solutions. This role requires expertise in managing and deploying high-performance systems using WebSphere and Middleware tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deployment and configuration of Mainframe systems with WAS and Middleware components.
- Ensure successful integration and high availability of WAS and Middleware applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues, ensuring system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective system management.
- Monitor and optimize performance for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Provide technical guidance and support for middleware-related deployment activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Mainframe systems, WAS, and Middleware deployment.
- Strong knowledge of WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and its deployment architecture.
- Experience with middleware configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in managing high-availability systems and disaster recovery strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
